What do I do if I have lost access to my Blocto account

Custodial mode: If you lose your device, you can log in with your email by submitting generated passcode sent to your email

Non custodial mode: you can use the recovery password you’ve set up when you switch to non-custodial mode to log into your account.

If you lose your recovery password, Blocto won’t be able to help you regain access to your account.
